Rabbi’s Jewish Book Sale

Jews of Calabria

The Sisterhood of Anshe Sholom presents a special screening of “The Secret Jews of Calabria.” The return of Italian-American Rabbi Barbara Aiello to her ancestral village in Calabria, Sicily, to encourage the locals to discover their Jewish heritage, is not universally welcomed (by either Jews or Christians).
